Mount Olive home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Mount Olive rose by $11,444 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,500 - a 23.3% increase over the $49,057 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mount Olive in November 2016.
