Mount Olive home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Mount Olive rose by $12,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,500 - a 31.3% increase over the $40,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mount Olive in October 2017, as well.
