Palmyra home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Palmyra fell by $84,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $7,750 - a 91.6% decrease over the $91,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Palmyra in January 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Palmyra for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $583, approximately 7.5% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
