Beckemeyer home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Beckemeyer rose by $103,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,000 - a 264.1% increase over the $39,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Beckemeyer in the first quarter of 2017.
