Breese home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Breese fell by $17,500 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,750 - a 13.8% decrease over the $127,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Breese in the first quarter of 2017.
