Trenton home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Trenton fell by $41,400 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $58,500 - a 41.4% decrease over the $99,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Trenton in the first quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Trenton for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,606, approximately 4.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
