Breese home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Breese fell by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,000 - a 11.5% decrease over the $139,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Breese in the second quarter of 2017.
