Beckemeyer home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Beckemeyer rose by $11,100 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,500 - a 22.9% increase over the $48,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Beckemeyer in the fourth quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Beckemeyer for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,517, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
