Aviston home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Aviston fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,500 - a 2.6% decrease over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Aviston in April 2016.
