New Baden home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in New Baden fell by $63,100 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,900 - a 37.8% decrease over the $167,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in New Baden in September 2017.

The median sales tax in New Baden for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,530, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
