Trenton home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Trenton rose by $10,250 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000 - a 8.4% increase over the $121,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Trenton in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Trenton for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,606, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
