The data shows that all of the released offenders in Trenton were men. The median age of the parolees was 45. The youngest parolee was a 33-year-old man sentenced for a property crime in 2013, and the oldest was a 56-year-old man sentenced for a crime involving drugs in 2018.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Eric B. Wright. He was convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2009 when he was 36 years old. He is now 46.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
