Q3 2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in Bond County?

There were five offenders released on parole during the third quarter that live in Bond County, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by South Central Reporter.

The data shows that three men and two women were released in Bond County. The median age of the parolees was 41. The youngest parolee was a 31-year-old man sentenced for a financial crime or fraud in 2016, and the oldest was a 58-year-old man sentenced for a crime against one or more children in 2015.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Angela M. Bone. She was convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2012 when she was 26 years old. She is now 33.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below gives a breakdown of how many offenders were paroled in the third quarter in each Bond County municipality.
