City of Breese issued the following announcement on June 19.
Breese Public Hearing: Registration and Inspections of rental property

Topic: Registration and inspections of all rental property within the City of Breese
The City is putting together a program for the registration of all rental properties within the City of Breese. This would include the inspections of all apartments when a renter moves out or the City receives a complaint about the rental.
The City asks that all owners of rental property attend this public hearing.
We are using Highland's ordinance as a basis for what we will be doing for inspections.
