Board President Jeff Stern called the regular board meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. Members present: Jeff Stern, Kayla Cameron, Tammy Ebert andn Terry Schettler. Members absent: Jeff Pelka, Ross Schultze and John Lanham.

Reports: Student enrollment is K-8 132, PreK 19, 2 off campus which totals 153 students (down 1 from the April report). Graduation is this Wednesday (May 22) at 7 pm. Board of Education picture will be taken at a later date.
We had two athletes participate in the state track meet: Xavier Pigg
placed 5th in the high jump (he received a medal) and Makenzy Pedtke did a good job in the 100-meter dash. Our recent ROE Compliance visit was a smooth process. We had a few housekeeping items that need to be remedied. I received a letter from the Illinois State Board of Education regarding our performance relating to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). We received scores of 4.00 regarding performance plan indicators and our overall score was 4.00. This means our district is meeting the requirements regarding IDEA.
