The meeting was called to order by President Donald Bloemker at 5:30 P.M. The following members were present: Andy Elam, Kent Kistler, John Schaub and Laura Willms. Also present was: Superintendent Mike Shackelford.
Motion by Elam, seconded by Kistler to adjourn at 8:00 P.M.
