Bunker Hill home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Bunker Hill fell by $25,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,000 - a 45.5% decrease over the $55,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Bunker Hill in the third quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Bunker Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,546, approximately 5.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
