Mount Olive home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Mount Olive rose by $18,250 while total sales decreased by 31.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $54,750 - a 50% increase over the $36,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Mount Olive in 2016.
