Benld home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Benld fell by $1,250 while total sales decreased by 69.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $48,750 - a 2.5% decrease over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Benld in the second half of 2017.
