The meeting was called to order by President Donald Bloemker at 6:30 P.M.
The following members were present: Andy Elam, Kent Kistler, Randy Mason, John Schaub, Chad Towler and Laura Willms. Also present was Superintendent Mike Shackelford. Guests present were: Gene Mackey & Robert Dulaney with Ameresco; and Laura Weber, Bob Fogarty & Maya Wong with GRP.
Select GRP as Energy Service Company
Motion by Mason, seconded by Schaub to select GRP Mechanical Contracting as the for potential energy savings performance contract projects. Bloemker, Elam, Kistler, Mason, Schaub, Towler, Willms, Yes.
Adjourn
