New Baden home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in New Baden fell by $17,200 while total sales decreased by 85%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 12.1% decrease over the $142,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in New Baden in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in New Baden for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,625, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
