Aviston home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Aviston rose by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 7.8% increase over the $83,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Aviston in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Aviston for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,908, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
