Carlyle home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Carlyle fell by $9,101 while total sales decreased by 73.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,000 - a 8.3% decrease over the $110,101 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Carlyle in the second quarter of 2018.
