Carlyle home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Carlyle fell by $41,639 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $54,112 - a 43.5% decrease over the $95,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Carlyle in August 2018.
