Germantown home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Germantown fell by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,500 - a 1.3% decrease over the $154,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Germantown in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Germantown for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,411, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
