Trenton home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Trenton rose by $17,550 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 11.9% increase over the $147,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Trenton in June 2018.
