New Baden home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in New Baden fell by $19,375 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,125 - a 20.3% decrease over the $95,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in New Baden in February 2018.

The median sales tax in New Baden for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,625, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
