There was one offender released on parole during 2019 that lives in Raymond zip code 62560, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by South Central Reporter.

The data shows that the released offender was Michael J. Vogel. He was convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2017, when he was 51. He is now 54.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
