City of Breese issued the following announcement on May 15.
Congratulations to Central High School graduate and record holder Sydney Kuper on extending her athletic and academic careers at Illinois College in Jacksonville. Kuper is the all-time record holder in the shot put at Central with a throw of 37'5". She is second all-time in the discus despite not having a senior season do to COVID-19. Good Luck in the future.
