HILLSBORO AREA HOSPITAL: TeamWork Rehab is Open!

Announcement

Hillsboro Area Hospital issued the following announcement on May 26.

TeamWork Rehab’s main priority is to help patients reach optimum health and get back to living well, working effectively, or playing at the top of their game. In an effort to keep patients safe, many services were delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. TeamWork Rehab is pleased to announce that we have returned to full services with additional precautionary measures in place for the safety of our patients, communities, and team members.

The entire team is elated to jump back into providing full services for our patients. We are dedicated to providing care in the safest way possible. TeamWork Rehab is very excited to begin offering Mobile Check-In as an option. This will allow us to decrease the risk of the spread of infection to our patients while increasing the convenience of their check-in. To ensure safety for our patients and team members, the following new safety precautions have been implemented:

All patients will continue to be screened prior to their appointments.

Patients will remain in their vehicles until a therapy team member escorts them to their appointment location to limit the risk of exposure to patients and staff members.

Therapists and patients will be required to wear masks.

The gym will be utilized in a manner that allows for social distancing with no more than 10 individuals in the treatment area at a time.

At this time, Early Intervention pediatrics will continue via Telehealth per Early Intervention guidelines until they allow home visits

Tell your doctor you want TeamWork Rehab and call (217)532-4160 to schedule an appointment! We look forward to serving you!
