1. ***A motion to accept the minutes from the July 2, 2020 meeting.

2. ** to be passed only at the first monthly City Council meeting. A motion to direct the City Clerk to transfer funds from the city sales tax to the City’s general fund to issue checks and authorize to pay the bills.

New Business:

1. Economic Development – Ray Kellenberger – A motion to approve an agreement with BNSF Railroad regarding the Litchfield Industrial Park Rail Spur and authorize the Mayor to sign contingent on the City Attorney final review.

2. Economic Development – Ray Kellenberger – A motion to approve a resolution approving and authorizing the submittal of an application for a Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) grant for acquisition and development of a sports park along with the required application documents and authorize the Mayor to sign.

3. Economic Development – Ray Kellenberger - A motion to approve the Downtown Façade Grant application submitted by Lindsay’s RC Hobbies for the property located at 407 North State Street for an amount not to exceed $14,700.00 contingent upon the Building Department granting final approval of materials used and work completed and to authorize the City Clerk to issue a check.

4. Administration – Woodrow Street – A motion to approve the disbursement of a check from the Mack and Patricia Ritchie Endowment for Walton Park to the Litchfield Park District for $3,400 regarding riprap for the Walton Park lake.

5. Fire – Woodrow Street – A motion to approve a service contract with Stryker ProCare Services, allow the Mayor to sign and authorize the City Clerk to cut a check.

6. Lake – Dave Hollo – A motion to contract services with Rural Electric Convenience Cooperative (RECC) for electrical services to Eagle Ridge Subdivision for a cost not to exceed $45,752.50 and authorize the City Clerk to cut a check.
