1. Economic Development - Ray Kellenberger– A motion to approve an assignment of the TIF Agreement from the Litchfield Unlimited Corporation to the Litchfield Community Unit School District #12 and authorize the Mayor to sign the assignment.
2. Economic Development – Ray Kellenberger – A motion to accept pay request #11 from Gelly Excavating and Construction Inc., in the amount of $217,245.60 and authorize the City Clerk to issue a check.
3. Building/Zoning – Ray Kellenberger – A motion to direct the City Attorney to begin the condemnation and demolition process for commercial properties located at 220 and 222 N. State Street.
4. Building and Grounds – Mark Brown – A motion to approve the custom glass privacy wall system for the Carnegie building from Egyptian Workspace Partners for an amount not to exceed $16,140.26 and authorize the City Clerk to issue a check.
5. Tourism – Marilyn Sisson – A motion to renew an advertising contract with Meredith Media for a 1/6 of a page vertical ad in the biannual Travel Illinois Magazine, not to exceed the amount of $2,000, and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract.
6. City Clerk/Finance – Dwayne Gerl – A motion to approve Resolution 9-20 to include compensation paid under an Internal Revenue Code Section 125 Plan as IMRF earnings retroactive to December 1, 2018.
7. Lake – Dave Hollo – A motion to accept pay request #6 from Brewster Construction Inc., for the amount of $224,832.19 and authorize the City Clerk to issue the check.
8. Lake – Dave Hollo – A motion to approve pay request #1 from Endrizzi Contracting, Inc., for the amount of $37,800 for work done on the Watershed Implementation Project and authorize the City Clerk to issue a check.
9. Lake – Dave Hollo – A motion to approve the purchase of 1 ½ “ hot-dipped galvanized steel handrails for a cost not to exceed $10,000 from Hawkeye Steel Sales to help complete necessary updates to the Lake Lou Yaeger Dam outlet structure, Litchfield Lake spillway structure and 5-Mile Lake outlet structure.
10. Water – Dave Hollo – A motion to approve a Water Purchase Agreement with the City of Mt. Olive and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement.
11. Fire – Woodrow Street – A motion to approve a Debt Collection Agreement with Credit Collection Partners in Taylorville, IL and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement.
12. Fire – Woodrow Street – A motion to approve an Advanced Life Support Intercept Agreement with Raymond Harvel Ambulance Service and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement.
13. Fire – Woodrow Street – A motion to write-off ambulance invoices dated prior to December 31, 2014 in the amount of $25,387.50 which represents uncollected revenue for services rendered by the Fire Department Ambulance.
14. Administration – Woodrow Street – A motion to approve a “Resolution for the Issue of Allowing the Sale of Recreational Cannabis in the City of Litchfield, Montgomery County, IL on the Next Local Election”.
15. Sewer – Dwayne Gerl – A motion to approve sanitary sewer forcemain easement agreement between the City of Litchfield and Envotech-Illinois, LLC pending City legal counsel final approval.
Executive Session
A Motion to Enter into Executive Session, as allowed under the Illinois Open Meetings Act, as found in Chapter 5 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 120, to address these certain and restricted items:
1. “Discussion of minutes of meetings lawfully closed under this Act, whether for purposes of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes as mandated by Section 2.06.” (5 ILCS 120/2(2)(C)(21)
2. “The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body…” (5ILCS 120/2(2)(C)(1).
