Hillsboro Area Hospital issued the following announcement on Aug. 22.
Beginning Monday, August 24th, all therapy services will be reopened at TeamWork Rehab. In an effort to keep our patients and staff safe, there was a temporary decrease in therapeutic services offered over the past few weeks. We are excited to announce that all therapy services, including specialty services, are back to scheduling appointments beginning on Monday, August 24th. TeamWork Rehab at Hillsboro Area Hospital is proud to offer speech therapy, OT, PT, and Pediatric therapy to our community.
Additionally, Hillsboro Area Hosptial’s lab service will also shift back indoors! While we are very proud of the success of our drive-up lab service, we are excited to transition offering these services back to the inside of the hospital. We are looking forward to returning to our usual practice for out-patient draws while continuing to offer our patients the individualized care they deserve and expect.
Hillsboro Area Hospital is very grateful for our patient’s flexibility and willingness to adapt to change amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. We are looking forward to transitioning back to some of our normal practices while still taking precautionary steps to help protect our team members and community.
