a) Gubernatorial Disaster Proclamation dated July 24, 2020 (EO 2020-48).

b) Discuss provisions of Public Act 101-0640, effective June 12, 2020 and changes to the Open Meetings Act.

a) Discuss results of election for retired trustee position currently held by Ken Gaffney, term expired 4/30/2020.

b) Discuss status of Justin Law disability application.

a) Election of officers for the board

iii. FOIA / OMA Officer

b) Review and approve Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit to be filed with the Illinois Department of Insurance no later than October 30, 2020 (no extensions will be granted by IDOI). Filing must also include copies of minutes from all meetings and training certificates for all trustees.

c) Discuss and approveAddendum to Investment Policy& Guidelines regarding Sustainable Investment Act.

d) Discuss transition of payroll payments to retirees and others moving from Busey Bank to Municipality or other entity beginning January 1, 2021.

e) Discuss updates on Firefighter’s Pension Investment Fund. Website: www.ifpif.org

f) Discuss trustee training opportunities for 2020 through IPPFA and others.
