Centralia Fire District responded to 205 calls in 2018 - 1 percent less than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Centralia included 66 fires - 37 structure fires, eight vehicle fires and 21 other fires. The fire department also responded to five calls for ruptures, explosions or overheating.

In all, the department saw $397,530 in fire loss - or about $6,023 per fire.

The department also received 134 false calls, including two malicious calls and 132 other false calls.

The calls resulted in three civilian fire-related injuries.

The Centralia Fire District had an annual budget of $511,400 in 2018.
