Clin-Clair Volunteer Fire Protection Department responded to 23 calls in 2018 - same as the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Clin-Clair Volunteer included 16 fires - four structure fires, four vehicle fires and eight other fires.

In all, the department saw $46,000 in fire loss - or about $2,875 per fire.

The department also received seven false calls, including one malicious call and six other false calls.
