Albers School District 63 Board of Education Special met May 5.
Here is the minutes provided by the board:
CALL TO ORDER
President Huegen called the meeting to order at 5:03 PM. Roll call shows: Athmer, present at 5:14 PM; Huegen, present; Jung, present; Richter, present; Boeckmann, present; Winterbottom, present; Wuebbels, present. Everyone in attendance recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
VISITORS
Superintendent Mike Toeben was present. Patrick Allen from the Illinois Association of School Board was present.
PUBLIC COMMENT
There was no public comment.
APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
Winterbottom made the motion to approve the agenda. Boeckmann made the second motion. Voice vote shows all present in favor.
NEW BUSINESS
• BOARD SELF EVALUATION – A representative from the IASB was present to review policies and provide training to the Board.
ADJOURNMENT
Athmer made the motion to adjourn. Jung made the second motion. Voice vote shows all present in favor. The time was 7:33 PM.
