1. Building and Grounds – Mark Brown – A motion to approve the Carnegie Building exterior signage for both east and west sides of the building from Jorn Sign Company in the amount of $7,960 and authorize the City Clerk to issue a check.
2. City Clerk – Dwayne Gerl – A motion to approve the 2022 regular meeting dates of the City Council of the City of Litchfield, Montgomery County, Illinois and the Holiday schedule.
3. Lake – Dave Hollo – A motion to approve a Resolution of Support Authorizing the Application of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency Section 319 Grant under the Clean Water Act and authorize the Mayor to sign the application documents.
4. Lake – Dave Hollo – A motion to approve the purchase and delivery of RR3 or RR4 Rip Rap to the low bid for the Litchfield Lake Department for an amount not to exceed $3,234.
5. Streets – Kassidy Paine – A motion to approve pay request #1 from Rooters Asphalt, Inc., for the amount of $145,409.62 for work performed on Weir Street and authorize the City Clerk to issue the check.

A Motion to Enter into Executive Session, as allowed under the Illinois Open Meetings Act, as found in Chapter 5 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 120, to address these certain and restricted items:
