Carlyle median home prices fell by 55.8% in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Carlyle fell by $94,275 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,625 - a 55.8% decrease over the $168,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Carlyle in October 2020.
