On Nov. 1, Michael Garrett purchased a home at 404 S. Seventh, Benld from Gary Cunningham for $11,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $384.06, 3.34% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Benld as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Julia Gaston, was the only registered voter residing at 404 S. Seventh as of Oct. 10, 2020.
