The home at 175 Woods Mill Drive, Staunton was sold on Nov. 5 by Doris J. Thomas for $135,000. The buyers were Eric G Selander and Alexis J. Brandt.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $729.50, 0.54% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Staunton as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Doris J. Thomas (94) has been registered to vote since 1994 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
