The home at 403 E. Pleasant, Bunker Hill was sold on Oct. 26 by Jacobs Cattle Inc. for $195,000. The buyers were Phyllis K. and Gregory C. Street.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $829.18, 0.43% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, this is the only property that sold in Bunker Hill as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Phyllis K. Street (66) has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
