City of St. Elmo City Board met Nov. 3.

The City Council met in regular session at 6:00 p.m. at the American Legion with the following City Officials present: Mayor Kimberly Baron, Alderman Kenneth Gammon, Rick Mills, Sandra Mace, Danielle Fontaine and James D. Russell. Absent was Alderman Robert Wells. Also present was Treasurer Mary Magnus and Clerk Rebecca Werner.

Visitors: M & G Engineers (Lee & Mitch), Ernie Myers, Mike & Patty Caraway, and Jack Belden. M&G Engineers talked about the new water line project, the grant will not cover engineering but suggested wrap down town grant with the water grant. Jack Belden went to Altamont to see what their trailer park ordinance was like. They are grandfathered in and allowed to move trailers in.
