On Nov. 22, Lisa Brede purchased a home at 563 W. Third St., Trenton from George W. and Marilyn Georgie for $135,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $2,769.34. This is 2.05% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Trenton as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, George W Georgie (88) has been registered to vote since 1974 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including 14 Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
