The home at 201 Linda St., Germantown was sold on Nov. 24 by Jacolyn M. Schlautman (trust) for $265,000. The buyers were Curtis and Melissa Doetsch.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,581.20, 1.73% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Germantown as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jacolyn M. Schlautman (85) has been registered to vote since 1998.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
