On Sept. 17, Ronald D. McElroy sold their home at 617 W. Fairground Ave., Hillsboro to Angela Adams for $92,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,435.22, 1.55% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Hillsboro as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Angela M. Adams (50) has been registered to vote since 2004 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
