On May 18, Gary L. and Jill Ronen Huddlestun sold their home at 213 Seward Ave., Butler to Matthew R. Meyer for $21,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $251.52, 1.2% of the sale price of the home.

So far in May 2018, this is the only property that sold in Butler as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Sebastian Lucido, 51, was the only registered voter residing at 213 Seward Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
