The home at 130 Oak Creek Trail, White City was sold on Dec. 23 by Harry E Wagner for $380,000. The buyer was Thomas Andrew Groff.

This property is the only sale in White City so far in December 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Harry E. Wagner has been registered to vote since 2001 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 130 Oak Creek Trail as of Oct. 10, 2020: Harry E. Wagner, 75, and Beverly J. Wagner, 73.
