On Dec. 21, Country Creek LLC purchased a home at 571 W. Railroad St., Beckemeyer from Nita Foster for $60,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $897.38, which is 1.5% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on June 1, 2004 for $36,500.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Beckemeyer as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Juanita Ann Foster, 64, was the only registered voter residing at 571 W. Railroad St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
