On Dec. 9, Grant and Rachel Voelker purchased a home at 301 Redwood Drive, Aviston from Kimberly K Hudspeth and John A. J. for $205,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,137.52, 1.53% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $148,000 on March 18, 2015.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Aviston as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kimberly K. Hudspeth has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 301 Redwood Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kimberly K. Hudspeth, 61, Chad E. Jansen, 47, and John A. Hudspeth, 63.
